Because many of our products — including crystal glass table lamps and handcrafted mosaic pieces — are delicate by nature, we take extra care in how we package and ship every order. Below are the terms and conditions of our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing & Handling Time
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays). During this time, our team carefully inspects, packages, and prepares your item for shipment, using extra protective packaging for fragile items such as glass and crystal lamp bases.
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.
Please note that processing time is separate from transit time (the time it takes for your package to travel from our warehouse to your address). During high-volume periods, such as holidays or major sales events, processing may take slightly longer than usual — we appreciate your patience during these times.
2. Free Shipping
We’re pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States. Orders that qualify for free shipping will still be processed and shipped using the same trusted carriers and transit times listed below — the only difference is the shipping cost at checkout.
Orders under the free shipping threshold will be charged our flat shipping rate, outlined below.
3. Shipping Zones, Rates & Transit Times
We currently ship within the United States only.
Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the destination and package requirements (for example, larger or heavier lamps may require a specific carrier better suited for bulkier shipments).
- Shipping Cost: $8.00 flat rate (applies to all orders within the United States that do not qualify for free shipping)
- Free Shipping Threshold: Orders over $75 ship free
- Transit Time: 4–6 business days (Monday – Friday)
- Estimated Delivery Time: 5–8 business days total (processing time + transit time)
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, regional service disruptions, or peak holiday order volumes. We are not able to guarantee exact delivery dates, but we will always provide tracking so you can monitor your package’s progress.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package directly through the carrier’s website.
Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your confirmation email for tracking information to fully update and become active on the carrier’s site. If your tracking number doesn’t show movement after this window, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll be happy to look into it.
5. Delivery Addresses & Restrictions
We currently ship to the following destination types within the United States:
- Residential addresses
- Business addresses
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we are unable to redirect packages once they have shipped. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to correct it before the order is processed.
6. Packaging & Fragile Items
Because our collection includes glass, crystal, and other delicate decorative materials, we take special care in packaging every order to minimize the risk of damage during transit. This may include additional protective wrapping, reinforced boxing, and secure internal padding around glass or crystal components. While we do everything we can on our end, we ask that you inspect your package promptly upon arrival and report any visible damage right away (see Section 7 below).
7. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Outbound Shipments: If your order is lost or damaged during transit on its way to you, please contact us and we will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our policies.
Reporting Window: If your package arrives damaged, broken, or contains incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@brivomarketing.site with your order number and clear photographic proof of the issue, including photos of the item and, if possible, the packaging it arrived in.
Resolution: Once verified, we may provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Inbound (Return) Shipments: Customers are responsible for items lost or damaged while being returned to us for standard returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your return shipping receipt until your refund or exchange has been fully processed.
