We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes a product doesn’t turn out to be the right fit for your space. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help make the return process as smooth as possible.
1. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. This gives you plenty of time to unbox your item, set it up, and decide whether it’s the right fit for your home or space. Requests submitted after the 30-day window may not be eligible for a return or refund.
2. Return Method
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@brivomarketing.site within 30 days of delivery. When reaching out, please include your order number and a brief explanation of why you’d like to return the item — this helps us process your request more quickly.
Once we’ve reviewed your request, we will provide you with detailed return instructions along with the appropriate return shipping address. Please note that all returns must be sent by mail, and we ask that you wait for our confirmation before shipping anything back.
Unauthorized returns — meaning items sent back to us without prior approval or outside of this process — may not be accepted, and we won’t be able to guarantee a refund for these shipments.
3. Item Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unassembled where applicable, and returned in their original condition. This includes:
- Original packaging and box (including any protective foam or inserts)
- All accessories, hardware, and installation parts
- Any original tags or labels
- Protective cases, cleaning cloths, or other included materials
Because many of our products — such as crystal glass lamp bases and delicate mosaic shades — are decorative and fragile by nature, we ask that items be repackaged carefully to avoid damage during transit. Items showing signs of wear, scratches, chips, cracks, discoloration, or any other damage or misuse may not qualify for a refund, or may be subject to a partial refund at our discretion.
4. Return Shipping Fees
- Customer Remorse: If you’ve simply changed your mind, ordered the wrong style, size, or finish, or decided you no longer want the item, you are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Please note that original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable in these cases.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos showing the issue (including the packaging, if it appears to have been damaged in transit). Once we’ve reviewed and verified the issue, we’ll provide return assistance at no additional cost to you, and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
5. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees on approved returns. The refund amount you receive will reflect the item’s purchase price, subject to the return shipping terms outlined above.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets our return eligibility requirements. We will then notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used or assembled items
- Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation after delivery
- Items missing original packaging, tags, or accessories
- Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
